This merchandise is sold and shipped on the representation of the buyer that the same will be used strictly in accordance with the laws of the state, city and county of destination. This merchandise is sold upon the condition that the seller, shipper, Night Star Pyrotechnics (NSP), Vivid Impressions Pyrotechnics (VIP), Michigan Fireworks Users Association of the Traverse City Area (MFUATC) and affiliates shall not be liable in any civil action for any accident or injury occasioned during transportation, handling, storage, sale or use of the merchandise.

By the provisions of the law of the State of Michigan, the buyer is permitted by Public Act 358 to possess, transport, and display to the PERMITTED sites of the Michigan Fireworks Users Association of the Traverse City Area (MFUATC) only.

The buyer agrees to follow all MFUATC, National Council on Fireworks Safety (NCTFS) rules and all Local, State, and Federal laws of destination. The buyer understands that he/she is a limited member of the MFUATC until the day of the permitted shoot/site,, to which the buyer becomes a full member. The buyer also understands that any sites not permitted are illegal pursuant to the laws of the State of Michigan.

The buyer agrees to only shoot Class C (consumer) fireworks sold by Night Star Pyrotechnics (NSP), Vivid Impressions Pyrotechnics (VIP), Michigan Fireworks Users Association of the Traverse City Area (MFUATC and affiliates at permitted sites under P.A.358. A list of permitted sites under P.A.358 to which the buyer is permitted for will be posted monthly in MFUATC Newsletters and associated mailings.

By the signature below and/or filling out the online form, Buyer states that he/she intends to use all fireworks purchased from NSP, VIP, MFUATC and affiliates for fireworks display purpose only. That he/she knows and understands all Local, State and Federal Laws of destination. The seller hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties implied or expressed and the Buyer accepts said merchandise as is… By signature below, you understand these rules and agree to comply. Under penalty for perjury, the foregoing representations are true. (Notarization not necessary.
